Napoleon Larry
Army Veteran, Founder
Napoleon is a proud Combat Veteran who embarked on his journey of service and transformation after becoming a teen parent in November 2002 with the birth of his first daughter. Driven by the call to serve, he joined the U.S. Army in 2004 as a Chaplain's Assistant with the 1-8th Infantry Battalion "Fighting Eagles," stationed at Ft. Carson, Colorado. His service led him to deployment in Balad and Baghdad, Iraq from 2005 to 2006. He was honorably discharged in 2008 due to medical reasons, marking the end of his military chapter but the beginning of a new mission.
Transitioning into civilian life, Napoleon became a Police Officer with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, serving from 2009 to 2014. The birth of his second daughter in August 2014 prompted him to step away from the force in search of a new purpose. However, this period of transition was marked by personal challenges, including a divorce and the struggle with unhealed trauma, which led to a period of homelessness and uncertainty.
In his darkest moments, Napoleon found solace and community through a local church, which became the catalyst for his healing journey. He joined the Federal Government in 2015, steadily advancing his career, and in 2023, he was promoted to District Manager in Nashville, TN. Embracing a new city and the responsibilities of single fatherhood to his 9-year-old daughter, he found spiritual guidance at Mt. Zion-Nashville under the leadership of Bishop Joseph W. Walker III and First Lady Dr. Stephanie Walker.
Now, as he pursues his Certified Spiritual & Life Coach (CSLC) certification through the Life Purpose Institute, Napoleon is committed to supporting Veterans, Military Personnel, and their families. His mission is to provide guidance, support, and unconditional love as they navigate their own journeys of healing and purpose.
